Booking Policies

The $400.00 Security Deposit cheque/credit card will not be cashed/authorized until the unit is checked after departure and the keys have been returned. At that time the cheque will be returned to the guest or credit card authorization destroyed. All cheques can be made out to Ed Handja and mailed to the above address. We accept Visa or MasterCard for your booking.

Reservations/Cancellations/Renters

Cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administration fee when made prior to the 30-day arrival. Reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival, unless we can re-book your complete stay, in this case you will receive a refund less a $50.00 administration fee.

Reservations are for a specific number of guests. We require prior notification of an increase in the size of your party and reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any guest.

Renters under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult of 25 years or older or a parent, who must occupy the property for the duration of a stay. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check-in, or the party will be required to leave the property.

Parking

Parking is in the one underground parking spot marked #202 only. Do not park in any other spot in the underground parking. Please do not park on the road as this impedes the snow removal process. Vehicles will be towed away to Courtenay. There is limited parking along the driveway.

Provided for Guests

Bedding, towels and paper products are supplied. Some basic dry goods (coffee, tea, sugar…) are also available for guest use.

Towels and bedding are kept in two blue totes in the main bedroom closet. There is a complete set of 8 bath towels, hand towels and face cloths as well as floor mats. There is one set of queen sheets, one double set and 4 single sets. Please return any used linens/towels cleaned and folded to these totes prior to checkout.
We do not supply personal toiletries, such as shampoo, soap, etc.

Ski Storage

Skis, snowboards, etc. must be left in the rental ski locker located in the underground parking lot. Locker #27 is for guest use. No skis or boards upstairs in units or hallways please.

Keys

Individual arrangements will be made for the delivery or pick up/drop off of keys. Any keys lost will result in a fee of $50.00 per set being deducted from the security deposit.

Cleaning

The condo is to be cleaned by the guest prior to departure. Please leave the unit in the same condition as upon check-in. There will be no housekeeping services provided between rental parties. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Washer and dryer are available in the unit with laundry soap provided.


Hot Tub & Sauna

Please respect all posted rules regarding the hot tub and sauna. It is located in the main lobby area. We cannot guarantee access, safety and/or cleanliness of these facilities at any time.
